Inspired by historical design, vintage findings and working creatively with colour, I design and create unique tiaras and bridal hair adornments.

Established: September 2015

Having inherited money from my gran, I decided to ditch a career in teaching to pursue my passion for art, design and all things that sparkle. And so, at the age of 38, I packed away my markbook and pen and enrolled at The London School of Jewellery to gain a qualification in tiara making.

18 months later, I am the proud owner of Wisheart Tiara Design. Based in Suffolk, I work from the conservatory at the back of my house where I meet brides; draw up designs and create pretty crowns and hair adornments.

My designs appeal to the alternative wedding market, with some recent creations incorporating gold gilded skulls; diamante unicorns and re-working an heirloom pearl necklace into a floral bridal comb.

My biggest fans are my daughters who love the fact I make real life crowns; my 12 year old son who educates me on all technological aspects of my business; and my husband who, when the going gets tough, refuses to let me give up my dream.

Think luscious greens, vibrant pastels, rose gold metals and hand gilded copper butterflies. Inspired by all things floral, Wisheart Tiara Design will be launching their new Botanical Collection at the National Wedding Show.

Handmade pearl, crystal and glass beaded flowers in pastel shades adorn a rose gold plated tiara. Inspired by historical design, each floral detail symbolises the depth, beauty and multi-faceted layers of love.

Designed to be worn at the back of the head, this rose gold, statement botanical beauty is embellished with handmade pearl, crystal and glass beaded flowers and delicately constructed leaf vines in shades of pale and emerald green. Three hand gilded copper butterflies complete the 'English country garden' look.
